Frimley Health Charity reaches across the whole Trust from Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals to Frimley Park and surrounding hubs. Our vision is to make a difference to improve our patients and our staffs lives across the Trust.
This area of our website is aimed at staff working within our Trust and details information about fundraising in your ward or area, applying for funding, and the wellbeing support offered to you. Over the past few years, we have funded over £5 million of support to areas across the Trust, bringing in state of the art medical equipment, making major improvements to hospital areas for patients and staff and funding specialist training and research.
One very simple thing everyone can do is remember that if you are asked by a patient, their friends or family how they can ‘give something back’, ‘help’ or ‘make a difference’ please encourage them to talk to Frimley Health Charity about the ways they can support the hospital, ward or area.
Similarly, please wear our Frimley Health Charity lanyards or pin badges with pride. If you would like any free lanyards or pin badges for you or your team, please do just get in touch by clicking here.

How does the Pennies from Heaven scheme work?
• Pennies from Heaven (PFH) is a way to donate the pennies from your payslip to the hospital charity every time you are paid.
• Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust employees sign up once and from then on, every salary is rounded down to the nearest pound with the pennies donated to charity. For example, if your net pay was £850.34 then 34p would be donated.
• The most you can ever give is 99p every time you are paid.
A lot of patients and families want to give something back to say thank you during or after treatment. By telling them about Frimley Health Charity and the work we do, we will make sure that their donation goes exactly where they want it to.
We can provide you with information, materials and advice to help you spread the word among patients and colleagues. Please get in touch if you would like to know more by clicking here.

Giving regularly through your pay is a great way to support the charity. Talk to payroll about how to set this up.
You can give as much as you like and change or cancel your donation at any time simply by informing our payroll department
Payroll Giving donations are deducted before tax, so each £1.00 you give will actually only cost you 80p, and if you’re a higher rate tax payer it will only cost you 60p. This means you can effectively increase your donation by up to 40%
