This area of our website is aimed at staff working within our Trust and details information about fundraising in your ward or area, applying for funding, and the wellbeing support offered to you. Over the past few years, we have funded over £5 million of support to areas across the Trust, bringing in state of the art medical equipment, making major improvements to hospital areas for patients and staff and funding specialist training and research.
One very simple thing everyone can do is remember that if you are asked by a patient, their friends or family how they can ‘give something back’, ‘help’ or ‘make a difference’ please encourage them to talk to Frimley Health Charity about the ways they can support the hospital, ward or area.

Frimley Health Charity are very pleased to launch Pennies From Heaven – a benefit which allows staff to donate the pennies from their pay to Frimley Health Charity. For example, if you earn £1056.23, you will donate 23p and receive £1056.00 in your pay. It means the maximum you can donate each month is 99p. All the pennies add up and will make a big difference!
Signing up couldn’t be more simple, just visit the Pennies from Heaven website and enter your name and staff number (which can be found on your payslip).
A lot of patients and families want to give something back to say thank you during or after treatment. By telling them about Frimley Health Charity and the work we do, we will make sure that their donation goes exactly where they want it to.

Giving regularly through your pay is a great way to support the charity. Talk to payroll about how to set this up.
You can give as much as you like and change or cancel your donation at any time simply by informing our payroll department
Payroll Giving donations are deducted before tax, so each £1.00 you give will actually only cost you 80p, and if you’re a higher rate tax payer it will only cost you 60p. This means you can effectively increase your donation by up to 40%
