UK’s No 1 Series of treks & trail runs! Take on a challenge at your pace and fundraise for your favourite charity! Whether along a stunning coastline or on trails through magnificent countryside, you’ll get full support all the way–including plenty off food & drink, medics & massage, camaraderie, a medal & T shirt -and an amazing sense of achievement. With 20 events to choose from, and distance options ranging from 10km up to the full100km–there’s an Ultra Challenge waiting for you in 2026.

As a fundraiser of FHC, you will be supported throughout your challenge event preparations. Our Events Team will be on-hand to encourage you with your fundraising, support you with your training, answer any questions you may have and to thank you for all your hard work and support!

Every day, fundraisers like you are having a direct impact on improving our patients lives. By choosing to fundraise for us, we are able to invest in state-of-the-art medical equipment, make major improvements to hospital areas for patients and staff and fund specialist training and research at a time when it has never been needed more, and for that we thank you!
“At the age of 35, I suffered a significant stroke which left me unable to speak, walk or write. This was a major concern and fright for, not only myself, but my friends and family. I was cared for by Frimley Park Hospital and given initial consultations and physiotherapy by the amazing Doctors, as well as being so well cared for by the nurses there. All FPH staff were so conscientious and considerate of my situation. The care they gave to me and my loved ones is something I will never ever forget and being able to raise money for Frimley Health Charity is only a small way in which I can express my gratitude.”
