Jingle bells, Jingle bells, Jingle all the way. Oh what fun, it is to run, in the Jingle Jog 5K.

Get into the Christmas spirit as Jingle Jog welcomes festive families in optional fancy dress to run a seasonal 5k romp around Frimley Green and Frimley Lodge Park, near Camberley, in Surrey, to the tune of a thousand jingle bells. This multi-terrain course of path, grass, towpath and track is predominantly flat and fast.

All runners will receive a finishers medal, Santa hat, jingle bells, a mince pie and a drink as part of your entry fee, as well as lots of festive cheer at Frimley Lodge Park and out on the route.

Entry for the jog is £16.00 for adults and £8.00 for children (children aged 3 years and under are free and do NOT need to be registered) or there is a £40.00 family entry option which is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16.

There is no minimum age limit for participation in the jingle jog, but under-16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Unfortunately, the route is NOT pushchair friendly, due to steps in one area and uneven/multi terrain throughout the course. This does not apply to specifically designed running pushchairs.

There will also be prizes available for the winner of each age category (Junior M 16 & under, Junior F 16 & under, Adult M 17-39, Adult F 17-34, Adult M Vet 40-49, Adult F Vet 35-44, Adult M Vet 50-59, Adult F Vet 45-54, Adult M Vet 60+ and Adult F Vet 55+).

Help us to continue to be there for whoever needs us, no matter what, by taking part in our annual Jingle Jog and having a really good time.

We would be really grateful if you could fundraise for this event, to help support our Golden Christmas Appeal and transform the lives of our patients, their families and our staff, not just at Christmas but throughout the entire year! Download your Jingle Jog 2022 Sponsorship Form here.

Here are just some ways your support can help this Christmas:

  • £25 will pay for 5 patient meals over the Christmas period.
  • £50 provides presents for patients who are staying in hospital on Christmas Day.
  • £75 would fund the ICU team’s Christmas Day dinner, allowing them time to sit down and enjoy time spent with their ‘work family’

On the day

Fundraise for Jingle Jog and help us care for more patients like Brian…

Brian suffered a cardiac arrest 2 years ago and during this time had been trying to find the Doctor who had used the defibrillator and conducted his CPR. Frimley health Charity managed to track him down as he was on rotation at another trust, however we managed to reunite them both

“I’m so very grateful, there are no words that can express my gratitude, I’m somewhat overwhelmed as it’s been 27 months since he saved my life. There has hardly been a day when I don’t think about it all. The last 2 years has made me see the world somewhat differently and change my priorities in life. Today I felt honoured and very lucky to finally meet the doctor who saved my life – you have literally given me a second chance at life!  I had no idea how serious the heart attack was that caused my cardiac arrest and I was indeed very lucky to have survived. Thank goodness I was in Frimley Park when it happened” – Brian
