Tough Mudder is a 5K, 10K or 15K mile muddy obstacle course designed to drag you out of your comfort zone and put you to the test. You’re not racing against the clock, it’s all about team work and proving to yourself just how tough you really are as you help raise vital funds for your local hospital.
Tough Mudder is a place for you to push your physical and mental limits without the pressure of competition. A community built on teamwork and overcoming obstacles, where stepping outside your comfort zone is the reward. When was the last time you did something for the first time?
Every Tough Mudder event is built on the foundation of teamwork and features world class obstacles. From 5K to running all night – there is an event for you to take part in and support Frimley Health Charity.
We haven’t got any charity places for their events this year but what we are hoping is that you secure your own place with the event organisers and then do something amazing by using your place to support your NHS and fundraise for Frimley Health Charity. You’ll have no minimum fundraising target and receive fundraising support from us to help you get started along with a free training top of your choice to wear on the big day!

If we already know about your fundraising, but you need some balloons, banners, brochures, or collection tins to help with your fundraising then please let us know by emailing our wonderful events team at email@example.com and will be touch or call us on 0300 6153206 and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
Once all of the hard work and excitement of your fundraising event or activity is over, you will need to send the money you have raised to us as soon as possible so that it can start helping patients feel even better right away. We recommend that you do this no later than 4-6 weeks after your event.Find out more
