Charity places for the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025 are available at a HUGELY discounted rate of just £30, with a minimum fundraising pledge of £350.
This incredible and exciting half marathon has taken the city by storm and is back for its 8th year. This closed-road event features some of London’s most iconic sights and delivers a euphoric atmosphere not to be missed! London Landmarks Half Marathon are once again welcoming wheelchair entrants.
The route offers a fabulous central London experience, adorned with route activations, musical performances, DJs, dancers, themed cheer stations, and more. You’ll start on the iconic Pall Mall and finish near Downing Street. Along the way, you’ll take in some of London’s most famous landmarks, including Big Ben, Westminster Bridge, St Paul’s Cathedral, Leicester Square, Chinatown, Nelson’s Column, Charing Cross Road, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London, and the London Eye.
This event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runners get to explore the capital on a route like no other. Join us for an unforgettable experience!
As a fundraiser of FHC, you will be supported throughout your challenge event preparations. Our Events Team will be on-hand to encourage you with your fundraising, support you with your training, answer any questions you may have and to thank you for all your hard work and support!

By choosing to fundraise for us, we are able to invest in state-of-the-art medical equipment, make major improvements to hospital areas for patients and staff and fund specialist training and research at a time when it has never been needed more, and for that we thank you!

“Frimley Park has been a big part of our lives since early pregnancy with my son, Aaron. Throughout the first few years of his life, Aaron endured X-rays, MRI’s and blood tests to find out why he couldn’t crawl, walk or talk. During this investigation, Aaron was also diagnosed with Epilepsy. In January 2023 we finally received the news that Aaron in fact has a very rare genetic disorder called KBG Syndrome (there are currently only 400 cases around the world). If it wasn’t for Dr Lee’s dedication and unwillingness to give up on Aaron, I feel this diagnosis could have taken many more years. Aaron has regular check-ups concerning his heart, sight and hearing – all of which are areas of concern for people living with KBG. We are so, so grateful for Dr Lee leaving no stone unturned and feel Aaron is in safe hands under his care. I am so pleased to have raised this money for Frimley Health Charity.
