“My brother and I remain grateful to all the staff on AMU, not only for caring for our beloved parents so well, but also taking the time to show kindness to us during an extremely difficult time. I remember being informed of what was happening, having my expectations managed, but also being shown kindness from the staff, who recognise that these situations are distressing for families.” – Carly
