After having to run a very different type of event in 2020, the Farnham Charity Bike Ride is back for 2021 and we hope bigger and better than ever. All the routes are fully signed and marshalled with lots of help on hand if you have a problem. The courses are away from the busier roads to keep you safe and giving you the chance to enjoy the local countryside.
Frimley Health Charity has been selected as one of the supported charities this year, so if you enjoy cycling and want to support your local hospital at the same time then why not sign up today. We have a limited number of places available, there is no entry fee you just have to pledge to raise £100 pounds for Frimley Health Charity.
There are four different rides that you can chose to do from a family friendly 16 miles up to a 75 mile challenge. All routes start and finish in Castle street so you can still meet up with your friends and fellow riders whatever route you chose. Full details of the routes for each distance are available on the organisers website www.farnhambikeride.org.uk/routes/.
Of course, we are continually monitoring any guidelines and regulations that are issued to ensure this event remains compliant and able to go ahead. If things do take a turn for the worse, we have plans on how to hold the event should social distancing still in place, and as with last year, we have proved that we can provide enjoyment and raise money even during stricter rules.
