Captain Sir Tom Moore- Do it your way

The Captain Sir Tom 100 will take place over the early May Bank Holiday weekend to mark what would have been the record-breaking fundraiser’s 101st birthday

We are asking our amazing supporters to take part in The Captain Tom 100 between the 30 April to 3 May by coming up with challenges based on the number 100 to raise money for Frimley Health Charity or your local NHS hospital. When sharing your fundraising challenge on social media please use the hashtags #CaptainTom100 and #TeamFHC

It’s simple.

All participants need to do is dream up a Captain Tom 100 challenge based around the number 100 and do it anytime and anywhere over Captain Tom’s birthday weekend. The challenge could be:

walking 100 steps,

running 100 metres,

scoring 100 goals,

baking 100 cakes,

climbing 100 stairs,

hopping 100 laps of the garden,

building 100 sandcastles – anything at all, inside or outside.
