A Night at the Races

About the Event

Monday night racing at Royal Windsor Racecourse has a long history of supporting local charities and we are delighted to hold our first-ever Night at the Races event on Monday 11th August.

Upon arrival you’ll be greeted with a drinks and canapes reception at our exclusive riverbank pavilion marquee where you’ll be wined, dined and entertained right alongside the parade ring with easy access to the finish line to watch all of the races. You’ll get fantastic insight from a tipster and ex-jockey, plus the opportunity to take home some wonderful prizes at our charity auction.

The evening doesn’t stop there. After the charity auction, you’ll be able to head across to the main square where you’ll be able to enjoy some live music to top off what is an unforgettable evening.

Tickets for this event are priced at £1,750 per table of 10 or £175 per person.

Do you have access to a prize or experience money can’t buy? We would welcome donations of prizes for both our live and silent auctions. Businesses/individuals who donate auction prizes will be acknowledged on the evening programme via our presentation screens.
