The Inflatable 5K in Guildford is a fun, family-friendly event featuring the UK’s largest inflatable obstacle course. With giant bouncy challenges spread across a 5K course, participants of all ages and fitness levels can enjoy this unique and exciting race. The course is packed with massive inflatables to jump, climb, and slide your way through, making it the perfect day out for friends, families, or teams. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or just out to have a laugh, the Inflatable 5K promises an unforgettable experience full of fun and energy!
Charity Places for this inflatable course is at a reduced rate of only £10 and we just ask that you kindly pledge to raise a minimum of £150, which we will be with you every step of the way to help you achieve and smash!
Please note, we have a limited number of places available on a first come first serve basis.
As a fundraiser of FHC, you will be supported throughout your challenge event preparations. Our Events Team will be on-hand to encourage you with your fundraising, support you with your training, answer any questions you may have and to thank you for all your hard work and support!

“Frimley Park has been a big part of our lives since early pregnancy with my son, Aaron. Throughout the first few years of his life, Aaron endured X-rays, MRI’s and blood tests to find out why he couldn’t crawl, walk or talk. During this investigation, Aaron was also diagnosed with Epilepsy. In January 2023 we finally received the news that Aaron in fact has a very rare genetic disorder called KBG Syndrome (there are currently only 400 cases around the world). If it wasn’t for Dr Lee’s dedication and unwillingness to give up on Aaron, I feel this diagnosis could have taken many more years. Aaron has regular check-ups concerning his heart, sight and hearing – all of which are areas of concern for people living with KBG. We are so, so grateful for Dr Lee leaving no stone unturned and feel Aaron is in safe hands under his care. I am so pleased to have raised this money for Frimley Health Charity. Once all of the hard work and excitement of your fundraising event or activity is over, you will need to send the money you have raised to us as soon as possible so that it can start helping patients feel even better right away. We recommend that you do this no later than 4-6 weeks after your event.
