IT’S BACK AND HOTTER THAN EVER! Frimley Health Charity are turning up the heat with the return of our blazing Firewalk Challenge, and this year, we’ve added an extra spark – A LEGOWALK!
These red-hot events are not just about walking barefoot over burning embers or LEGO blocks – it’s about igniting your courage, fuelling your fundraising, and joining forces with others to make a real difference.
NEW TO 2025 – LEGOwalk: We’ve teamed up with Firewalk Experience who have elevated our Firewalk this year, by including a fun LEGOwalk (all ages welcome!).
Pre-Walk Training: You’ll receive expert-led training to help you overcome fear, harness your inner fire, and prepare you mentally and physically for the heat ahead.
Free Merchandise: Raise £150 or more to Firewalk or £100 or more to LEGOwalk and you’ll be rewarded with a FREE Frimley Health Charity t-shirt – perfect for showing off your sizzling achievement!
Safety First: Our experienced Firewalking professionals will ensure everything is safe and fully supervised. You’ll be in safe hands – so you can focus on turning up the heat, not the panic.
Post-Walk Celebration: Celebrate your red-hot success with a glass of fizz, a certificate of achievement, and a warm glow of pride with your fellow fire and LEGO walkers.
Boost Your Confidence and Self-Esteem – Walking barefoot over hot embers is no small feat. By overcoming this daunting challenge, you’ll discover newfound confidence and self-belief that can positively impact other areas of your life.
Step Out of Your Comfort Zone – The Firewalk is designed to push you beyond your usual limits. It’s an opportunity to embrace discomfort, face your fears head-on, and emerge stronger and more resilient.
Physical and Mental Test – This event is not just about physical endurance but also mental strength. It requires focus, determination, and a calm mind, making it a holistic challenge that benefits both body and spirit.
Team Building Opportunity – If you’re looking for a unique way to bond with colleagues, friends, or family, the Firewalk is an excellent teambuilding activity. Supporting each other through this intense experience will forge stronger connections and foster a sense of unity.

“At the age of 35, I suffered a significant stroke which left me unable to speak, walk or write. This was a major concern and fright for, not only myself, but my friends and family. I was cared for by Frimley Park Hospital and given initial consultations and physiotherapy by the amazing Doctors, as well as being so well cared for by the nurses there. All FPH staff were so conscientious and considerate of my situation. The care they gave to me and my loved ones is something I will never ever forget and being able to raise money for Frimley Health Charity is only a small way in which I can express my gratitude.”
After the hard work and excitement of your fundraising event, we kindly ask that you submit the funds you have raised as soon as possible. This will allow us to begin utilising the contributions to benefit our patients promptly. We recommend that you send the funds within 4-6 weeks following your event.
